Alaskans love live music and entertainment as much as they love craft beers! They also love great food, skiing, and an epic salmon run. Surprisingly, for a state with only 750,000 people, Alaska produces an unusually great number musicians. In fact, At the Kenai Riverside Resort, we love live music and we love sharing it with you so much we host it nightly.
Kenai Riverside Resort invites some of the best local artists, and several out of the state, to bring you really high quality live fireside music most nights. We’re the only private resort we know of with this level of dedicated nightly entertainment.
Music usually starts at 7:00 PM for hour social hour and appetizers. With the beautiful river as a backdrop we know you’ll love listening to the live music and entertainment as much as we do.

Soldotna Music In The Park – Levitt AMP Music Series
The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce hosts great live music and entertainment on Wednesday nights from June through August. The event is hosted at the Soldotna Creek Park. Additionally, you can find food trucks, local breweries, and local vendors are all selling local Alaska products . Conveniently, the Soldotna Creek Park is located a short 10-minute drive from the Kenai Riverside Resort. Recently the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce was awarded the Levitt AMP music grant. This very significant national grant only further improves an already great event. Every Wednesday night it now features two bands.
The opening act is usually a local Alaskan musician. The Levitt AMP Grant provides funding for the Chamber to bring in musical acts from all over the country. Furthermore, when combined with several dozen food trucks this is a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday evening. This is particularly true on those beautiful long sunny summer days.
